Since the establishment of YAF in year 2002, it has implemented many successful projects and activities in the field of children and Youth development. And Art has been used effectively such as Fine Art and Drama to reach specific goals and objectives such as society awareness in important concepts such as democracy and human rights and enhancing the concept of forgiveness and peace upon people and societies, or in environmental and health awareness for young children through Fine Art and Drama.
 Raising generations through Art, is an international method used by many organizations that work in the field of the improving the society, and that’s why we try using this method to use Art as a tool to serve the development of children and Youth in the Palestinian society. In the last two years YAF had locate its interest in the children’s psychological health, especially in marginalized villages and the “Hot zones” that are in constant danger and daily conflicts with the Israeli soldiers and the settlers, and they invade the villager’s lands , and release wild dogs to attach the women and children.
YAF had worked with Juveniles that are always considered as victims in their families, and the bad raising and these children feel the hostility by the society as being in prison and rehabilitation institutions. And Art was their “safety net” in their isolated life, and it finds a way to help them to reveal their deep secrets through colors, lines, beat and movement, or even through drama sketches they release the stress they have through the characters they play.
