YAF’s Vision:
 
“Our Institution aims to play a pioneer role in the Field of development through Art in an enlightened society that preserves Democracy, Human Rights, and the children living in peace and harmony”.

YAF’s Message:

The Young Artists Forum is non-governmental organization that was established in 2002, to improve the awareness of the society through Fine Art as an educational way to raise strong and efficient children and youth. And YAF concentrates its work on children and teenagers from ages 5-25 years old in all of the West Bank. And YAF believes in many important Values such as: Belongingness, Equalization, Voluntary work, Participation, and Transparency.

The Results of Analyzing YAF’s Internal Environment

Firstly: the infrastructure and financial structure:

To be brief About this section it is important analyzing YAF’s internal environment , so we can say that YAF is specialized in having a building “renter” that suits YAF activities, and also having the required equipment for the current activities, but in the financial wise, there is a semi-dependable on the limited external funding, and also YAF is specialized in being one of the fewest institutions in Palestine that works in the field of Fine Art, and that has an evening school for the students who like art as a hobby.
And the workshops came out with these recommendations:

1. Working on increasing the inner funding in YAF’s budgets.

2. Assigning a specialist in fundraising and PR.

3. Advancing the abilities of the executive crew in writing proposals.  Read more...
